Services and Cost

Individual session (45-50 minutes)             - $125

Couples/Family session (45-50 minutes)   - $150

Individual session (90 minutes)                  - $150 

Counseling is 100% covered by your FSA or HSA.

Insurance Information

I am a private pay provider*, however, counseling services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan as an out-of-network provider. 

At your request, I can provide a clinical receipt for each paid session to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you wish to have your insurance reimburse you, please check your coverage prior to scheduling an appointment or I would be happy to check with your provider if you provide me the information to inquire for you.

Some useful questions to ask your insurance provider are:

 Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

 What is my deductible and has it been met this year?

            How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

            What is the coverage amount per counseling session?

            Do my benefits also cover out-of-network providers?

*Payment policy

Cost of a session is $125 (individual) or $150 (couples/family). The full fee for your session is collected at the end of each session. If you prefer, I can securely record a debit or credit card which can be used at subsequent sessions and prevent the need to take time for payment at your session.

I am unable to bill for services or carry account balances.

±Cancellation policy

Canceling or rescheduling an appointment must be done within a 24-hour period before the scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment 24 hours in advance will result in full payment being due at end of each session. Late arrival will be charged full rate and session will end at usual time.
